  One thing I've noticed is the fact that there are plenty of myths regarding the lenders intentions if talking about property foreclosures. One fable in particular is the fact that the bank needs to have your house. The bank wants your hard earned dollars, not your house. They want the amount of money they lent you having interest. Avoiding the bank will only draw a foreclosed realization. Thanks for your publication.
