  First of all I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I've had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there. I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints? Many thanks!

  Nice post. I learn something totally new and challenging on sites I stumbleupon on a daily basis. It will always be interesting to read through content from other writers and use something from their web sites.
