  Hi, i read your blog occasionally and i own a similar one and i was just wondering if you get a lot of spam responses? If so how do you reduce it, any plugin or anything you can advise? I get so much lately it's driving me insane so any assistance is very much appreciated.

  First off I want to say excellent blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints? Many thanks!
